Warriors Honor Kobe Bryant With Special Shirt
The Warriors honored Kobe Bryant with a special shirt.
Golden State and the Los Angeles Lakers face off on Saturday in San Francisco.
In preparation for the highly-anticipated outing, Warriors brass went the extra mile and created special attire to commemorate the occasion.
The special t-shirt pays homage to Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and the seven other victims who perished in a helicopter crash on January 26 of this year.
The numbers eight and twenty-four in honor of Bryant, as well as the number two – Gianna’s number from her playing days.
Underneath that, the shirt features nine stars in order to honor the other seven victims who also lost their lives in the crash.
Finally, a special Kobe Bryant NBA logo is visible on the shirt. The logo is purple and gold.

Given the impact Bryant had on the NBA as a whole during his playing career and the shocking nature of his death, it is genuinely nice that the Warriors are going to such great lengths to pay respects to someone who never even played for the organization.
The Lakers and Warriors will square off on Saturday evening at 5:30 pm pacific time.
