Vanessa Bryant’s wild snake photos with world-renowned singer, Ciara, caused something of a stir this week.
Vanessa, the matriarch of the Bryant family, has been a pillar of strength and respectability since the untimely passing of her husband, Kobe, and daughter, Gianna.
In the years since, she has maintained a relatively low profile – except when it comes to honoring their memory. For that she always makes time.
This week, in a series of posts to social media, she paid tribute to Kobe by displaying her “Mamba” energy alongside Ciara.
Both Vanessa and Ciara are no strangers to making headlines. The latter found herself trending just this week along with her husband Russell Wilson’s ex-wife. In addition, her and Wilson’s wild dancing video went mega-viral earlier this month.
Vanessa, meanwhile, is a permanent fixture in the news cycle as well. Between her wild weekend photos, memorable outfits to public events and intimate pictures, it has been one thing after another for her.
Big picture, one of the things that has really allowed Vanessa to flourish in recent years is the support she has received from her close friends.
Ciara is definitely someone who has been by Vanessa’s side through the many highs and lows she has experienced since Kobe’s passing. Which explains why the pair is as tight as ever right now.

Good friends are hard to come by – and Ciara is a very good friend.
All in all, Vanessa and the entire Bryant family will always be considered Los Angeles royalty. No matter what they do, the city will constantly back them up and support them in whatever way the situation ultimately calls for.
