Urban Meyer Offered An Unexpected Take On Nebraska Fans

Urban Meyer offered an unexpected take on Nebraska fans during a recent interview.

Meyer, 55, was discussing this weekend’s upcoming Big Ten showdown between Ohio State and Nebraska when he decided to touch on the topic of Husker fans.

Reflecting on the time his Buckeyes dismantled Nebraska on the road in 2017, Meyer called the fans some of the best in the nation.

“I remember when I first got there I walked around a little bit. I just have some much admiration for that place,” he said.

Day, the current Ohio State head coach, will be squaring off against second-year Nebraska coach Scott Frost.

Frost is in desperate need of a signature win as coach, and knocking off Ohio State would be a massive feather in his cap.

Will he be able to accomplish the feat this weekend?

We’ll find out soon enough.
