Jake Paul’s Tyron Woodley KO Was Rigged? Suspicious Video Emerges
Jake Paul beat former UFC champ Tyron Woodley for the second time in a row on Saturday night.
This time, he did not leave the final ruling to the judges.
In the sixth round of a bout that was marred by far more entanglements and far less activity than the first showing, Paul silenced all the doubters when he delivered a brutal right hand that face-planted Woodley.
Or did he?
After the match, online sleuths reviewed footage from the fight and noticed something quite bizarre in the various angles. In a series of clips, the aforementioned fans pointed out a number of irregularities in the lead-up to and immediately after the punch that ended Woodley’s night early.
This is some of the video evidence that has led a certain segment of fans to believe the bout was rigged:

Of course, not everyone agreed with this sentiment. Some believe Paul won fair and square:

Paul and his girlfriend, Julia Rose, went to fairly extreme measures to prepare for this Woodley rematch. In that spirit, it’s nice to see that all their hard work was not for naught.
That said, they also can’t be happy about the level of suspiciousness surrounding the end result.
This isn’t the first time a Paul bout ended in a dubious way. There was chatter about rigging after the first Woodley fight and questionable video showcased some irregularities that went into the now-infamous Ben Askren knockout.
Either way, it will be interesting to see where Paul goes from here. Tommy Fury seems like a logical choice, given the private video of him Paul exposed not long ago. There is definitely a grudge there.

Then again, Paul has also exposed a private video featuring one MMA star’s girlfriend. So that match-up could also make sense.
No matter where Paul goes from here, it’s clear that for better or worse, he is one of the hottest names in the boxing game.
