Trevor Lawrence’s Fiancee Marissa Mowry Posts Engagement Ring Photos
Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence and his high school sweetheart Marissa Mowry got engaged this past week.
News of the pair’s special announcement broke on social media last Friday, with elated friends and family from both sides coming together to congratulate the young couple on this tremendous step.
Lawrence proposed to Mowry at a location near and dear to his heart – Clemson Memorial Stadium.
In a message on social media posted by Lawrence after he did the deed, he wrote, “You’re everything I’ve dreamed of. I love you and can’t wait to marry you.”
On Saturday, Mowry took to her own Instagram to show off the hardware.
Lawrence, a junior at Clemson, is about to enter arguably the most important year of his life. Although he has widely been regarded as one of the top three quarterbacks in the nation since his Freshman campaign, this is the first season he is actually draft-eligible.
If all goes according to plan, Lawrence will be a top selection in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Pro ranks aside, Lawrence also has his eye on a National Championship this season. Last year, Clemson came within an inch of the prize, ultimately losing to Joe Burrow and LSU 42-25.
