Titans Legend In Trouble For Trump Post

A Titans legend is in trouble for a Trump post.

This past week former Tennessee defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth landed in hot water after a controversial social media post.

In the post, Haynesworth essentially invited Iran to attack the White House if it opted to get aggressive towards the United States.

Haynesworth published an image to Instagram with the White House circled in red and an arrow pointing to it.

Outside that circle, he wrote “Not affiliated.”

“@Iran if you are going to attack the United States well here is a picture for you! #justtryingtohelp us folks that aren’t starting wars,” he captioned the image.

Multiple fans took issue with the post, calling Haynesworth a traitor of sorts.

“Hope you don’t ever have to go to one of these places because if you did unlike those of us who have fought for your precious freedom you would piss yourself in fear just jumping out of the plane,” one person replied.

Haynesworth’s post comes on the heels of President Trump ordering the killing of Gen. Qassem Soleimani, the head of the country’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ elite Quds Force.

In the days since, people on both sides of the aisle have argued vigorously over whether the action was right and justified.

Based on his social media post, it is clear where Haynesworth comes down on the matter.
