Tiger Woods’ GF Erica Herman Goes Viral At Serena Williams Match (Photos)

Tiger Woods and his longtime girlfriend Erica Herman were on hand Wednesday night when Serena Williams took on Anett Kontaveit at the U.S. Open.

Kontaveit, the No. 2 seed heading into the match, fell to Williams who pulled off a 7-6, 2-6, 6-2 upset.

Woods was especially overjoyed by his friend’s success, as evidenced by his emotions during the match:

Herman was similarly enthused. Photos of her from the outing went viral after the fact as well.

Herman and Woods reportedly became acquainted several years ago when she worked in some capacity for his restaurant, The Woods, in Jupiter, Florida.

They have been together ever since.

Although she never makes any public statements regarding their relationship, Herman has become a mainstay by Woods’ side.

This week also wasn’t the first time she has gone viral. Provocative photos of the pair set the internet ablaze not long ago.

Because they keep their relationship so low key, fans are much less familiar with Herman than they were Woods’ last big time girlfriend – Lindsey Vonn.

Vonn was always in the headlines for speaking honestly about Woods, or her racy photos, or her outspoken nature. Herman, conversely, is far more reserved.

Which explains why any time she and Woods go anywhere it becomes a big news story.

Williams’ continued run in the U.S. Open likely ensures that this wasn’t the last time fans would get a peak at Woods and Herman in the foreseeable future.

Will the pair show up for Williams’ battle with Ajla Tomljanović?

Time will tell.
