Texas came into this season with a lot to prove.

In Year 2 of the Steve Sarkisian experience, nobody was expecting an immediate National Championship bid – but improvement of some sort was a must.

The Longhorns’ effort two weeks ago against Alabama left quite the impression. In many people’s eyes the referees cheated Texas out of a win there, and based on how good the squad looked, it felt like a big season may lay ahead.

Understandably, fans are hyped about he program and where it looks to be going. One particularly excited fan? Alum, Sumner Stroh.

Stroh decide to show her support for all things Texas football recently with these provocative photos on Instagram:

If Stroh’s name sounds familiar, it is because she is currently embroiled in something of a messy entanglement with Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine.

She also boasts more than 457,000 followers on Instagram and routinely blows up online for posts like this:

In a college football season filled with Miami’s cheerleaders causing a stir, Olivia Dunne’s provocative gameday outfits and two Utah fans literally showing up to an outing with no shirts on — Texas’ most notable fan also being the girl who is caught up in some pop culture drama makes perfect sense.

It’s par for the course.

Big picture, it will be interesting to see how far the Longhorns can go in 2022. Presuming they can comfortably get past Texas Tech and West Virginia, their Oct. 8 showdown against Oklahoma should paint a very clear picture about where the program presently stands.

Can Sarkisian get this group on track to become a legitimate powerhouse in college football?

Time will tell.

Either way, though — Stroh will likely be supporting them every step of the way.
