Texans Embarrass Chiefs On Smart Play

The Texans embarrassed the Chiefs on a smart play early in Sunday’s game.

Knowing that momentum would be key on the road against Kansas City, Bill O’ Brien brought out his bag of tricks early.

With the score tied at 0-0, Deshaun Watson threw a 54-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Kenny Stills.

Stills was wide open, and the reason why is because of how well Houston played Will Fuller.

On third-and-1, Watson faked a bubble screen to Fuller and essentially the whole Chiefs defense fell for it.

That allowed Stills to go down the field completely untouched and secure the score.

The play really illustrated how crucial Fuller is to this team’s offense. He missed last week with a groin injury and the Texans looked noticeably worse without him.
