Super Bowl Streaker Photo Goes Viral
Super Bowl streaker Kelly Kay saw her photo go viral over the stunt.
On Sunday, during the showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers, Kelly Kay rushed the football field.
Although security stopped her and she was eventually apprehended, the Instagram model still became something of a viral sensation in the 24 hours that followed.
Kelly Kay has nearly 300,000 followers on Instagram, so it was easy to identify her after the incident.
After being released, she posted a poignant message on Instagram.
“Do what you want, when you want, life’s too short to have regrets,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Thanks (NFL)for having me.”
According to CBS, security handed her “to police and she was taken into custody” over the incident.
From there, she “was subsequently arrested and transported to the Turner Guilford Correction center for processing. She then was “charged with trespassing.”
As a result of the stunt, Kelly has gained upwards of 20,000 followers on Instagram.
