Seattle Seahawks Cheerleaders’ Wild Outfits Cause A Stir

Seattle Seahawks Cheerleaders’ Wild Outfits Cause A Stir

The Seattle Seahawks fell to the San Francisco 49ers 21-13 on Thursday night.

After getting off to a really hot start this year, Seattle has now gone 1-4 in their last five outings.

In the 2022-23 incarnation of the NFC West, being 7-7 keeps you second in the division – but obviously this group isn’t trending in the right direction.

Because of how disappointing this week’s game ultimately was, fans understandably took solace in a secondary storyline: the Seahawks cheerleaders’ wild new outfits.

In honor of Christmas time and the holidays approaching, the attire was adjust accordingly:

Fans loved it.

“The best holiday uniform in the biz,” one person wrote.

“These are gorgeous,” a second person added.

“I’m in love,” a third replied.

The Seahawks dancers have nearly 68,000 followers on Instagram, so they blow up pretty regularly for posts like this:

This has been a notable year for NFL cheerleaders in general. Between the Philadelphia Eagles’ dancers causing a stir with their provocative photo and what a Lions fan was busted doing to his team’s dancers, it has been one headline after another.

Big picture, it will be fascinating to see how the Seahawks ultimately close out the year.

Outings against the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets and Los Angeles Rams loom – but it feels like Seattle has zero momentum right now.

Based on how this group has looked over the past month, they could easily go 0-3. Even the Baker Mayfield-led Rams seem to have more of a pop these days.

Geno Smith was a great story early in the year, but he has really not been able to do a ton lately.

Obviously the Seahawks aren’t winning a Super Bowl this year. That goes without saying. But it would be nice if they could go into the offseason with some semblance of momentum.

Will they ultimately be able to?

An answer should emerge soon enough.
