Saquon Barkley’s girlfriend, Anna Congdon, caused something of a stir this week with her latest photos amid the New York Giants’ most recent game.
Coming into Sunday, many were curious to see how Brian Daboll’s squad would respond following a 40-point shellacking at home in their Week 1 showdown against the Dallas Cowboys.
Early on the answer proved to be “not well.”
New York permitted the Arizona Cardinals, who are playing with a backup quarterback at the moment, to score 20 unanswered points in the first half. That meant at halftime of Week 2, the Giants were down 60-0 over six quarters of play this season.
Fortunately, in the second half, New York finally got it together. Behind 63 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries from Barkley, as well as 321 yards and two touchdowns on 26-of-37 passing from Daniel Jones, the Giants were able to come back and win on Sunday 31-28.
It wasn’t all good news for the victors, though. Barkley hurt his ankle and it is unclear how much time (if any) he will have to miss.
While the NFL world awaits additional information on Barkley’s status, Congdon found herself trending online over her latest New York Fashion Week photos.

“Beautiful,” a second person agreed.
Be it for her wild videos or appearances at Barkley’s games, Congdon finds herself in the headlines quite a bit. What makes that interesting is the fact that, as far as NFL partners go, she actually keeps a relatively low profile. The fact that she is still such a mainstay in the news cycle speaks to her inherent level of celebrity.

Big picture, the next few days will be telling.
Will the Giants ultimately lose Barkley to that ankle injury? Time will tell, but either way, if he has to sit, Congdon will undoubtedly be there emotionally supporting him every step of the way.
