Robert Griffin III’s Wife Grete’s Message To NFL Groupies

Robert Griffin III’s wife, Grete, is a veteran when it comes to being an NFL player’s spouse.

The pair was initially linked back in 2016 and would go on to marry in 2018. They had their first child together in 2019.

Although their time together coincided with the latter portion of RGIII’s playing career, Grete remains keenly aware of the trappings that exist for athletes nowadays.

And that why she has decided to be proactive.

This week she published a video to TikTok with a very clear message to all the NFL groupies out there:

@_thegriffinfamily The joke’s on you 😂😂 #GriffinFamily #DM #Thirsty #biggestfan ♬ Lady Gaga Paparazzivmaperformance – ladygaga

This isn’t the first time Grete has blown up online in this fashion. Her notable statement about what makes a nice body also caused some waves a while back. But that is to be expected, her and RGIII’s refusal to shy away from tough topics has become a common theme.

When Bronny James became the subject of much conversation over his choice of girlfriend, RGIII was one of the first people to weigh in.

Grete boasts nearly 56,000 followers on Instagram and routinely goes viral for her thought-provoking posts:

Big picture, RGIII is enjoying immense success right now with his broadcasting turn. He looks like he could be a legitimately big star in this space a la Tony Romo.

As RGIII’s career continues to prosper, Grete will undoubtedly gain increased notoriety as well.

What will this dynamic duo ultimately set the internet ablaze for next?

Time will tell.
