Raiders Owner Has Controversial Message For Oakland

Raiders owner Mark Davis has a controversial message for Oakland.

On the heels of his team playing its final game in Oakland before moving to Las Vegas in 2020, Davis was asked about leaving fans behind.

More specifically, he was asked if he felt any type of way about abandoning arguably the most loyal fan base in all of professional football.

Davis made it abundantly clear that he did not feel bad about it at all.

When pressed on whether he felt any sort of nostalgia about the organization playing its final game in Oakland, Davis did not even bat an eye.

“No,” Davis replied.

“You know, I went through this in ‘82…and…no.”

Fittingly, the Raiders lost their final game in Oakland when they fell 20-16 to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
