Quinn Cook Gives Kevin Durant Coronavirus Update

Quinn Cook gave a Kevin Durant coronavirus update on Friday.

Earlier in the week, it was revealed that Durant was one of four Brooklyn Nets players who recently tested positive for COVID-19.

During an appearance on NBC Sports Washington’s “Wizards Talk” podcast, Cook spoke about how his good friend is doing.

“He’s good. He’s good,” said Cook.

“His spirits are good. K is in great spirits, still being K, man. Low, mellow, chill, moving at his own pace.”

According to the Los Angeles Lakers guard, Durant is not letting things get to him.

“He’s just encouraging social distancing, staying inside and don’t expose others,” Cook added about Durant.

“For him to step up to the plate and use his platform to spread awareness, it’s brave. That’s the kind of guy he is. He’s fine. He’s doing great.”

Cook was said to be one of the closest friends Durant had on the Golden State Warriors, so if anyone knows how he is doing, it is definitely him.
