Pacers Issue Big Victor Oladipo Injury Update
The Pacers issued a big Victor Oladipo injury update this week.
Oladipo has been out for a year after suffering a ruptured tendon in his knee.
Indiana has been counting down the days until his return, but due to the severity of the injury, nobody in the organization wanted to rush him.
According to a new report from The Athletic’s NBA insider Shams Charania, Oladipo is reportedly targeting a return on January 29 against the Chicago Bulls.
Obviously the situation is fluid and pending continued recovery on behalf of the shooting guard.

Prior to getting hurt, Oladipo was emerging as one of the league’s best young stars. In 2017-18 he averaged 23.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.
Thus far Indiana is 23-14 through 37 games. Getting Oladipo will be huge for the team as it attempts to make some noise in a relatively wide open Eastern Conference.
