Olivia Dunne’s LSU gymnastics team has been on a losing streak this year, but that doesn’t appear to be bringing the 20-year-old down at all.

Although Dunne and her team have some work to do to get back on track on the mats, off them she is thriving.

Over the past year and change Dunne has been creating a seven-figure business for herself on the strength of her social media profiles. She has cultivated this business by continuously putting out the sort of content that her fans absolutely love.

This week, the trend continued.

In a post that immediately set the internet ablaze, Dunne took a shower selfie that caused something of a stir:

Obviously this isn’t the first time Dunne has nearly broken the internet with one of her posts. Between the strong reactions her hotel room selfie earned, wild video with teammate Elena Arenas and unforgettable locker room shenanigans, it has been one thing after another with her.

This was just the latest example of that.

The best thing about Dunne is that, despite the criticism she receives for how she has attained all her social media followers, she doesn’t let it bring her down. Ever.

The Tigers star still shares her wild birthday party photos and memorable date night videos no matter what sort of backlash they may or may not earn her.

As for LSU’s gymnastics team – the Tigers are struggling a bit as of late. Since Jan. 6 they have lost to the likes of No. 3 Utah, No. 6. Kentucky and No. 1 Oklahoma consecutively.

Dunne and Co. will aim to right the ship on Friday night against No. 12 ranked Missouri. After that showdowns against Arkansas, Georgia, Auburn, Florida and Alabama loom.

Time will tell if Dunne will be able to enjoy as much success on the gymnastics mats this year as she has enjoyed off them. Either way, though – she has brought the sort of attention to the sport that it has been lacking for a long time.

No matter one’s opinions of her, there is no denying that 2022 belonged to Dunne in a lot of different ways. Will 2023 be more of the same? It is beginning to look like it.
