Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State Winner Is Obvious, Says ESPN

The Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State winner is obvious, says ESPN.

This coming Saturday the Sooners will take on and likely beat TCU. There is not much intrigue surrounding that game.

However, one week later, Oklahoma will take on No. 22 ranked Oklahoma State in the “Bedlam Series” – and that game offers some interesting storylines.

Now, to be fair, Oklahoma has largely dominated this series since the two programs first faced off in 1904. Of their 113 matchups, 88 have been won by the Sooners.

That being said, this year’s Oklahoma team has shown a certain susceptibility to getting caught off guard by seemingly inferior teams.

And don’t forget – last year Oklahoma beat Oklahoma State by a mere point.

So, who will emerge victorious this time around?

Well, according to ESPN’s Football Power Index, the Sooners have a 76.6 percent chance of winning the game.

Will that actually end up happening, though?

We’ll find out for sure in a couple of weeks.
