Odell Beckham Choosing Between 3 NFL Teams

Odell Beckham Choosing Between 3 NFL Teams

Odell Beckham Jr. may have missed the entirety of last season with an injury, but that hasn’t made him any less sought-after this summer.

As things presently stand, Beckham is arguably the biggest wide receiver free agent available on the market.

Between his undeniable skill on the field and immense swagger with the ladies off it, he brings instant star power to any locale he chooses to be in.

The question now is precisely which destination he will ultimately settle on.

According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, there are three teams currently vying for Beckham’s services.

“Add the [Baltimore] Ravens and [Kansas City] Chiefs to the list of teams showing interest in Odell Beckham Jr., per sources. A couple more potentially as well, while the [Dallas] Cowboys also remain interested,” Schultz wrote.

By all accounts, Beckham is seeking $20 million annually for his services. Given that he is coming off the second torn ACL of his career, if someone does give him anything even remotely close to that, it will likely be a contract filled with various contingencies.

At his peak, Beckham was arguably the best receiver in the NFL. He looked like he could be an all-time great. But then came the injuries – one after another after another.

Even though he has been hurt a ton Beckham has still amassed 531 catches for 7,367 yards and 56 receiving touchdowns. And as he proved in that Super Bowl win with the Los Angeles Rams before he got hurt, when he is healthy, he is as formidable an offensive threat as there is in the league.

It’s just a matter of staying healthy.

Beckham is obviously a polarizing personality. He has come under scrutiny for everything from his unique bedroom preferences to his relationships with guys around the league.

But in the right situation, he could a truly meaningful difference-maker.

Where will Beckham ultimately end up when it’s all said and done this summer? Time will tell.
