Lamar Jackson Reacts To Ravens Signing Dez Bryant
The Baltimore Ravens and Dez Bryant are in talks regarding a possible deal. While nothing is imminent, the chatter has grown loud enough to earn a comment from league MVP Lamar Jackson.
Jackson has long been one of Bryant’s more vocal supporters, so as expected, he offered as much of an endorsement as he could given the circumstances.
“We’ve got a lot of great receivers on the team right now,” he said.
“It’s up to the front office. I’ve been seeing Dez Bryant on Instagram and stuff like that, running his routes, competing against cornerbacks. He’s looking pretty good on social media. If the front office likes him, we’ll have to see when he gets here.”

Bryant last played in the NFL back in 2017. He received a one-year offer from the New Orleans Saints following his lengthy stint with the Dallas Cowboys, but ultimately suffered a torn Achilles injury that prevented him from playing a single game for Sean Payton’s squad.
Now it looks as though he may get another chance with a Baltimore group that many believe has what it takes to make the Super Bowl next season.
Over seven years with the Cowboys Bryant recorded 531 receptions for 7,459 yards and 73 scores. If he hasn’t lost much in the way of athleticism over the last few years, he could prove to be a nice little pick-up for the Ravens.
Either way, it’s a low-risk move for all involved.
Will it actually end up coming to fruition? Time will tell. A final decision should be made at some point in the next few days.
