Las Vegas Raiders Signing Colin Kaepernick?
Are the Las Vegas Raiders signing Colin Kaepernick? Recent comments from owner Mark Davis indicate that something interesting may be in the works.
Kaepernick has been in the news this week following an interview from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell in which he said that he would not mind seeing the former San Francisco 49ers star back in the league.
In the immediate aftermath, head coaches from the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles indicated that Kaepernick deserved a look.
On Wednesday, Davis indicated that “since 2017, I’ve told the coaches and general managers that if they want to hire Colin Kaepernick, they have my blessing.”

Derek Carr seems firmly installed as the Raiders’ starting quarterback.
Over the offseason, the team also went out and picked up former Tennessee Titans backup, Marcus Mariota.
Nathan Peterman rounds out the quarterback group.
If the Raiders do ultimately decide to pick up Kaepernick, it is unlikely to impact Carr or Mariota in any meaningful capacity.
That said, Peterman could be the one on his way out if the Raiders end up adding Kaepernick.
