Chiefs Make Troubling Health Update Before Texans Game
The Chiefs made a troubling health update before the Texans game.
Heading into this weekend’s showdown between Kansas City and Houston, most are not giving the latter squad much of a shot.
When the Chiefs are on their game and healthy, particularly offensively, they are unstoppable.
Unfortunately, it does not appear as though they will be healthy on Sunday.
The team announced on Friday that their superstar tight end Travis Kelce is questionable heading into their first playoff game of the year.
Kelce has been dealing with a knee ailment over the past few weeks. There was some hope that the bye week would provide him with the time needed to recover, but obviously it has not.

All signs still point to Kelce playing on Sunday, but it remains to be seen how much his injury will slow him down.
Kelce has been absolutely vital to the Chiefs’ offense this year. On the season, he has recorded 97 receptions for 1,229 yards and five scores.
Kansas City and Houston clashed once before earlier this year. In that outing, the road team emerged victorious and Kelce was held to 58 yards on the day.
Will he and the Chiefs be able to avenge that Week 6 embarrassment? We’re about 48 hours away from finding out.
