Nebraska Steals Major Football Star From Miami

Nebraska steals a major football star from Miami on the biggest recruiting day of the year.

Jaiden Francois, a four-star safety, is widely regarded as one of the most talented young stars entering college football.

On Wednesday, the Huskers announced that Francois had committed to the program and signed with play at Nebraska.

The reason this decision is particularly notable is because back in February of this year Francois committed to play with the Hurricanes.

Unfortunately, despite continuous efforts made by the Miami staff to keep the relationship strong, Francois decommitted in October.

When Miami got Diaz back after Mark Richt’s resignation, Francois seemingly recommitted to the school – but obviously that did not stick.

In Francois Nebraska gets the No. 28 safety prospect in the country and the No. 48 prospect from the state of Florida.

With Francois in tow, Nebraska now has the No. 19 recruiting class in the country and the No. 4 class in the Big Ten.
