The Los Angeles Lakers are 3-3 on the year so far, good for 8th place in the Western Conference. Given that many penciled this group in for an NBA Finals appearance in the offseason, it’s safe to say the early going has been rough for LA.
That said, the Lakers don’t appear to be taking the bumpy beginning to this season to heart. It isn’t stopping them from enjoying the finer things in life.
Like Halloween.
This weekend Russell Westbrook, LeBron James and a number of others attended some bashes in celebration of Halloween – and their costumes were extremely on point.
The photos speak for themselves:

Big picture, the season is still young. Obviously LA hoped to get off to a better start, but six games in is too early to panic. At the moment, the Lakers have recorded as many altercations with fans this year as victories (two via Russell Westbrook, one courtesy of Rajon Rondo). Hopefully that will change soon.

As evidenced by this Laker fan who went viral for her provocative gesture at a recent game, folks are remaining patient.
That said, patience is fleeting. At some point in the foreseeable future, the Lakers need to go on a run. Because if they don’t, they could quickly become the most disappointing super team in recent memory.
