Celtics Fans Accuse Raptors Of Cheating In Game 6 (Video)
Boston Celtics fans were not happy with how Game 6 of their Eastern Conference semifinal showdown against the Toronto Raptors was officiated.
In fact, many straight up came out and accused the Raptors of cheating and then being aided by the complicit referees.
This game should be investigated by the league. So many shady tactics by Nick Nurse and his team with the help of some shitty calls by refs

Somehow that Tatum foul on OG on the lob took 1.3 seconds off the clock.

I’m trying not to say anything but these refs and everyone don’t want the Celtics to win and it’s not fair

The refs let Nick Nurse go full Mike Tomlin and stand on the court and bait Jayson Tatum into a turnover pic.twitter.com/fae5kXEHNo

Among the most glaring missed calls by the officials were Kemba Walker not getting the call on an obvious foul that likely would have sealed the game for Boston, the Raptors subsequently getting an opportunity for possession when they shouldn’t have, and a controversial foul call on Jayson Tatum that was ruled a non-shooting foul and removed a questionable amount of time from the clock.
All of those botched calls ended up costing the Celtics, as the team fell to Toronto 125-122 in overtime.
With the series tied at 3-3, Game 7 is set to take place on Friday.
The winner will go on to play the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.
