Rooks’ social media proclivities notwithstanding, she is also a great interviewer. Whether she is coaxing Dwight Howard to explain the details of his Chris Paul beef or getting Allen Iverson to speak about who the NBA’s five biggest ‘killers’ are right now – she truly makes folks open up.
Rooks also seems to be highly respected among the media community. Part of the reason why appears to be because she give as much love as she gets. When Maria Taylor drastically changed her appearance recently, Rooks was one of the first people to offer her support.
