Mr.Takahiro Usui’s Resignation from Aruze Confirmed

Aruze Gaming Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Aruze Gaming America, Inc. confirm the resignation of Mr. Takahiro Usui from the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO.

Further, Aruze declares the promotion of Mr. Yugo Kinoshita, its Group CFO/, to the Chief Executive Officer position.
