Mr.Takahiro Usui’s Resignation from Aruze Confirmed

Aruze Gaming Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Aruze Gaming America, Inc. confirm the resignation of Mr. Takahiro Usui from the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO.

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Rich Pennington said, “The Aruze Board of Directors collectively would like to thank Takahiro for his incredible efforts and accomplishments while at Aruze and we wish him well in all his future endeavors.”

Further, Aruze declares the promotion of Mr. Yugo Kinoshita, its Group CFO/, to the Chief Executive Officer position. Mr. Kinoshita, a proven official in the gaming business, who will also be a Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kinoshita has been with Aruze since 2012, working as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Group COO.

Before working with Aruze, Mr. Kinoshita worked with companies like Nike Japan and Albirex Singapore, Pte Ltd. He has an active involvement in marketing and product management domain with a degree in MBA in Management from Babson College.

Also, within the corporate administration, rebuild, Aruze has additionally promoted Masumi Fujisawa from VP of Product Development to the role of Chairman and CTO both.
