Xaviar Tillman Sr. Leaving Michigan State For NBA
Xaviar Tillman Sr. is leaving Michigan State for the NBA draft.
On Tuesday, Tillman announced that he would be entering the 2020 NBA Draft – but not hiring an agent. That last tidbit ensures that, if for some reason teams do not display appropriate levels of interest, the Spartans star can return to college.

“To Spartan Nation: I thank you for your love and support and for welcoming me and my family,” Tillman wrote in his Twitter announcement.
“Your energy and the atmosphere that you created was a huge reason that I came to MSU.”
This past year, Tillman averaged 13.7 points and 10.3 rebounds per game through 31 starts. In the process he earned second-team All Big-Ten honors.
Two years ago, Tillman averaged 10 points and 7.3 rebounds per game and was named Sixth Man of the Year in the Big Ten.
