Molly Qerim Shares Photo With Friends Amid ESPN Vacation

Molly Qerim is making the most of the NBA and NFL offseasons right now by taking a little break from hosting ESPN’s First Take.

Both Qerim and the star of the show, Stephen A. Smith are off, with Shae Cornette stepping into the former’s shoes and a panel of rotating analysts filling in for the latter.

Although Qerim isn’t currently on First Take, that hasn’t stopped her from being active on social media.

This week, despite being on vacation, she shared a photo of her with some friends.

Obviously this isn’t the first time in recent weeks Qerim has blown up online. Between her wild recent night out outfit and provocative recent photo shoot, she has become something of a permanent fixture in the headlines.

Plus, there is also just her standard social media output, which is always a hit a among her fans.

It’s quite telling that in a week where Laura Rutledge’s bathroom selfie set the internet ablaze and Michelle Beadle’s racy vacation pictures caused a stir, Qerim still has such a firm grip on the sports media news cycle.

Big picture, this is something of a dead time in sports. Hence both Qerim and Smith taking their leaves.

That said, as football season begins to creep closer and closer, the pair will inevitably make their returns to First Take.

Smith is inarguably the star of the show, but Qerim is its heart and soul.

It simply isn’t the same without her.

Will Qerim go viral for something else during this extended layoff? Time will tell.
