Model Tries To Expose Antonio Brown, Pays The Price

Model Tries To Expose Antonio Brown, Pays The Price

A somewhat popular model who memorably disclosed that current Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown had slid into her DMs ultimately paid the price for that move.

Emmy Lou, who has almost 60,000 followers on Instagram, rose to social media prominence approximately a year ago by posting racy photos of herself adorned in Brown’s jersey. The photos got extremely popular and a lot of people took notice – including Brown himself.

In an effort to show that he was a fan of her work, Brown DMed the Instagram model and paid her the ultimate compliment by telling her she was “sexy sexy.”

Instead of taking the DMs in the spirit they were intended, Emmy Lou immediately exposed Brown’s messages, posting them to her followers.

That ticked Brown off – and he subsequently blocked her.

Emmy Lou revealed her newly blocked status in a recent Instagram post.

Given Brown’s initial interest in her posts, Emmy Lou could’ve made an interesting new friend. However, her desire to flex on social media ultimately proved to be her downfall.

The lesson here for all aspiring IG models: when you finally land on an athlete who notices you, don’t immediately leak his DMs to social media.

Putting Brown’s groupie drama aside for a moment, he is currently in the midst of an interesting campaign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has now played in three games for the franchise but has yet to record a single touchdown or 100-yard game.

In his first outing with the Bucs, a 38-3 defeat at the hands of the New Orleans Saints, he recorded three receptions for 31 yards on five targets.

The following week, against the Carolina Panthers, Brown amassed seven receptions for 69 yards on eight targets.

This past week, in a 27-24 defeat at the hands of the Los Angeles Rams, Brown caught eight passes for 57 yards on 13 targets.

Although Brown’s showings with Tampa Bay haven’t necessarily been bad, they also haven’t been anything special.

The hope was that he and Tom Brady would recapture some of the magic they had during their brief team-up with the New England Patriots, but that has yet to materialize.

That being said, Brown is very obviously becoming a bigger and bigger part of the Bucs offense. Will that ultimately translate into some touchdowns and 100-yard games in the coming days and weeks? Time will tell.
