Two days after LeBron James won his fourth NBA championship with his third different team, Mo Speights decided to take a little dig at him.
It did not end well for the 10-year NBA vet.
Speights started the evening off with a pretty blatant shot at James’ record, arguing that four rings in ten tries was unimpressive.
When the inevitable backlash came, Speights backpedaled and subsequently made his Twitter account private.
Needless to say, Twitter had some reactions.

The only highlight of Mo Speights I’ve ever seen is the one of him putting up a jank ass 3 as the Cavs ran onto the floor to celebrate their championship.

Speights spent a decade in the NBA, having played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers and Orlando Magic.
Following the 2017-18 season, he left the NBA and signed with China’s Guangzhou Long-Lions.
The Los Angeles Lakers briefly considered adding Speights this past season, but ultimately went with Dwight Howard instead.
