McKayla Maroney’s Provocative See-Through Shirt Goes Viral
McKayla Maroney is widely regarded by gymnastics fans as one of the biggest stars of her particular generation.
Between a gold medal in the team and silver medal in the individual vault events at the 2012 Olympics, Maroney permanently etched her name into the history books.
Equally as importantly, though – she also managed to convert all the social currency she earned as a key contributor to the “Fierce Five” squad into a lucrative career as a social media influencer.
Ten years later, Maroney continues to thrive in that role.
These days, she boasts more than 1.4 million followers on Instagram and regularly blows up for all sorts of posts.
Earlier in the week, Maroney went mega-viral after she shared photos of herself wearing a particularly provocative see-through shirt.

It goes without saying, but this isn’t the first time Maroney has set the internet ablaze in recent months. When you consider her racy modeling photos, provocative poolside pictures and unforgettable Valentine’s Day efforts – it has been one thing after another with her.

Maroney is a one of a kind star. Although she is no longer an active gymnast, she has paved the way for a number of other young women to make the sort of money they wouldn’t have otherwise made in the sport.
Olivia Dunne, for example, is one of the highest-paid college athletes in America right now. Her racy video from the LSU locker room this week nearly broke the internet.
