Josh Allen Responds To Bills Trading For Stefon Diggs

Josh Allen responded to the Buffalo Bills trading for Stefon Diggs last week. As you might imagine, he was thrilled.

Last week, the Minnesota Vikings traded Diggs to Buffalo for a 2020 fifth round pick and sixth round pick, as well as a 2021 fourth round pick. In return, the organization walked away with Diggs and 2020 seventh round selection.

The team’s quarterback, Allen, was very happy with the move.

“I’m still pumped about it. I’m still floating on cloud nine right now,” he said.

“I just can’t wait to get to work with him. I just want to get back to work. We’ve been staying in contact and trying to devise a plan of how we can get together. But man, the things he can do on a football field are unbelievable. The route running. The way he can make contested catches.

“He’s going to match in very well with our wide receiver group, he’s going to match within our locker room and with our team. Big time playmaker. He’s going to help us out a lot this year.”

Allen amassed 3,000 yards, 20 touchdowns and nine picks last year. Those numbers should increase significantly with Diggs now on the roster.
