Jimmy Butler Embarrasses Giannis Antetokounmpo On Key Play

Jimmy Butler is making quite the impression in his Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Midway through the second quarter, Giannis Antetokounmpo got the ball and attempted to muscle his way to the basket against Butler. Rather than give in to the bigger, stronger foe – Butler simply pulled the chair up from under him and sent the reigning MVP crashing to the floor.

When Antetokounmpo attempted to get up, Butler pushed him back down.

In Game 1, Butler exploded for 40 points en route to an upset victory.

On Wednesday night, his production through two and a half quarters has been more muted – but he is also freeing up Goran Dragic, Duncan Robinson and Jae Crowder to do damage. Milwaukee’s defense is so focused on him that it is leaving his Miami Heat teammates wide open.

With six minutes remaining in the third quarter, Miami is up 76-67. If the Bucks don’t come back to win this and fall 0-2 in the series, it is hard to envision a scenario where they muster up a way to win four out of six against this Heat squad.
