Jacksonville Jaguars Star Arrested
A Jacksonville Jaguars star was arrested on Sunday.
Former safety Donovin Darius was reportedly apprehended for a DUI this week.
At the time of the arrest, he allegedly told police that he had just ingested 20 to 30 pills.
According to TMZ, Darius was discovered out of sorts in the driver’s seat of his vehicle following a crash at 7 a.m. PST in Jacksonville.
The former NFL star was reportedly put into an ambulance and is said to have informed the medical staff on hand that he had ingested a lot of pills.

Police are said to have found two pill bottles in his car.
Darius was quickly rushed to the hospital.
A former first round draft pick, Darius played for the Jaguars from 1998 to 2006.
He was taken with the number 25 overall pick from Syracuse and was widely respected for his defensive prowess for most of his career.
Over the course of his time in Jacksonville, Darius amassed 626 tackles and 14 picks.
Additional information regarding this arrest is expected at some point in the next 24 hours.
The Jaguars have yet to make a public statement on what precisely transpired with Darius.
