Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant has been the biggest star in the NBA so far this season.
Morant is currently leading the league in scoring with 35.3 points per game, and he is also dishing out 7.0 assists and grabbing 4.3 rebounds per outing.
The Grizzlies are 3-1 and seem primed for another big run in the Western Conference this year.
Morant isn’t just thriving on the basketball court, though.
According to reports, the 23-year-old is also doing quite well for himself off it as well.
On the heels of being connected to a somewhat popular young tennis star, this week Morant was linked to Brooklyn Nikole, a prominent Instagram influencer and sister to rapper Latto:

This isn’t the first time in recent months that Morant’s love life has landed him in the headlines. Prior to this, he also made waves for taking Drake’s ex-girlfriend off him.
It appears now all parties have moved on, though.
Morant is currently in the midst of an incredible season with the Grizzlies. He is on pace for career highs across the board, and even if his stats dip a bit from this hot start, that should remain unchanged.

The biggest thing for Morant going forward will be his health. He played in just 57 outings last year due to a myriad of issues. His playing style is very dangerous and makes him prone to Derrick Rose-style issues.
It remains to be seen what happens between Morant and Brooklyn Nikole going forward, but either way, the youngster promises to be in the news quite a bit in the coming weeks and months.
