Freeze, 49, arrived to the stadium in a wheelchair and then transitioned to a full on hospital bed in the coach’s box.

The Liberty head football coach was hospitalized with a staph infection earlier this month and still has not fully recovered from it.

Despite Freeze’s dedication, Liberty lost the game 24-0.

After the game, Freeze hosted a press conference that was about what you would expect it to be.
