Grand Destino Home To Bucks, Lakers, Raptors, Clippers, Celtics, Nuggets, Jazz, Heat
The Grand Destino will be home to the Bucks, Lakers, Raptors, Clippers, Celtics, Nuggets, Jazz and Heat when NBA action resumes in July.
When the NBA returns from its coronavirus-inspired break, 22 teams in total will participate. Those organizations will be split into three separate batches – each staying at a different resort.
The best teams will be staying at the Grand Destino. The worst will be staying at the Yacht Club, and is comprised of the Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, New Orleans Pelicans, San Antonio Spurs, Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards.
The mid-tier teams will be staying at the Grand Floridian. Tha group include the Oklahoma City Thunder, Philadelphia 76ers, Houston Rockets, Indiana Pacers, Dallas Mavericks, Brooklyn Nets, Memphis Grizzlies and Orlando Magic.
When it is all said and done, the eventual NBA champion will likely emerge from the Grand Destino group, but there is a chance they will come out of the Grand Floridian group.
The odds of a champ fighting its way out of the Yacht Group are slim to none.
