Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady both found themselves trending this week, albeit for very different news.
Brady, who is widely regarded as the greatest quarterback in NFL history, landed in the news cycle on Thursday after the New England Patriots announced they would honor him at their 2023 home opener this year.

“I invited him back to be with us at the opening game and let the fans in New England thank him … it will be the beginning of many celebrations to honor Tom Brady,” team owner Robert Kraft said on the NFL Network.
Given the somewhat acrimonious split these two parties experienced when Brady departed New England for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Patriots fans rejoiced at signs of reconciliation.
Amid this Brady news, his ex-wife Bundchen also found herself going viral. In her case, it was for her wild workout outfit photos.

Fans and critics alike couldn’t help but offer their two cents. Bundchen’s pictures arguably generated more responses than the Brady-Patriots news.
“It seems to be a fact that Gisele thinks she is a lot better looking than most people do,” one person wrote.
“She has a very straight figure, but she knows how to pose,” a second person added.
“She’s got that German body and facial features, but nonetheless she’s very attractive,” a third person chimed in.
Between her being out with her new man after the divorce, provocative dance video and rapidly-changing appearance, Bundchen has become a permanent fixture in the news cycle since splitting from Brady.
It has been fascinating to watch.
One of the unfortunate ramifications of Brady and Bundchen getting divorced is that it has opened the door for other prominent NFL married pairs to try to become the new First Couple of the league.
Baker Mayfield and his wife have been trying to do it, as evidenced by their recent boat party photos. Ditto for Trevor Lawrence and his bride, as made clear by their recent double date pictures.

But in the end, nobody will ever reach the heights that Brady and Bundchen reached.
They were on another level as far their significance within the larger cultural zeitgeist.
