Fans React To Sue Bird, Megan Rapinoe Kissing At WNBA Finals

The Seattle Storm defeated the Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday night to win the 2020 WNBA Finals. It was a dominant effort from to finish, with Seattle’s margin of victory ultimately being 33 points.

Breonna Stewart, the Finals MVP, was the big star of the evening. She scored 26 points and was unquestionably the best player on the floor.

One other person who stole the show, though?

Veteran Sue Bird, who celebrated the title by kissing her girlfriend, soccer star Megan Rapinoe.

The reactions on Twitter began flowing in immediately.

Bird ultimately finished with five points and seven assists in the outing.

She is now officially a four-time champ (2004, 2010, 2018, 2020), to go along with being an 11-time All-Star (2002, 2003, 2005–2007, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2017), five-time All-WNBA First Teamer (2002–2005, 2016), four-time Olympic gold medalist (2004, 2008, 2012, 2016) and two-time NCAA champion (2000, 2002).
