D’Angelo Russell’s Girlfriend Laura Ivaniukas Reacts To Lakers Performance

D’Angelo Russell’s Girlfriend Laura Ivaniukas Reacts To Lakers Performance

D’Angelo Russell has been a breath of fresh air since coming back to the Los Angeles Lakers at the NBA Trade Deadline.

While his initial stint with the franchise was undeniably bumpy, he has returned to L.A. a much better basketball player and a significantly more impressive leader.

This week, after returning from injury, Russell quietly emerged as the Lakers’ most effective offensive threat – including better than Anthony Davis. Although the team has gone 1-1 in their last two, they have looked much better with Russell running the show than they ever did with Russell Westbrook.

One person who is really psyched to see Russell in purple and gold is his longtime girlfriend, Laura Ivaniukas.

Ivaniukas took to social media this week to share her reaction to seeing her beau suiting up for the Lakers.

Ivaniukas has traditionally kept a pretty low profile. Aside from a series of provocative photos of her and Russell partying it up in Las Vegas, she tends to steer clear of the public eye.

That said, Ivaniukas does still maintain a massive social media following. She has more than 50,000 fans across various platforms and routinely blows up any time she posts anything.

And unlike Klay Thompson’s new girlfriend, who went viral this past week because she posted some provocative photos from his bedroom, Ivaniukas doesn’t need to try that hard to get attention.

Big picture, Russell looks right at home in Los Angeles right now. He genuinely feels like someone who could be paired with Davis long-term as the Lakers explore their post-LeBron James future.

If the 27-year-old can remain healthy, he can be a pillar for the franchise for many years to come.

Will Russell be able to lead the Lakers into the playoffs this year? Time will tell. Either way, though – Ivaniukas will be there cheering him on every step of the way.
