Damien Harris Becomes Fantasy Football Key For Patriots
Damien Harris became a Fantasy Football necessity on Friday morning when the New England Patriots announced running back Sony Michel is recovering from a foot surgery.
Michel had been expected to carry the bulk of the load for New England’s running game heading into the season.

Harris will now step into that role.
New England is set to face a number of lax rushing defenses to begin the year, so Harris will likely be able to find his groove early. Moreover, the question marks surrounding the Patriots’ passing game will likely cause them to lean on the running game even more.
It remains to be seen whether Michel will reclaim his starting spot when he gets healthy, but for now, Harris seems like a solid bet as a productive fantasy option to start the year.
