Dallas Cowboys Preparing To Sign Jameis Winston?

Are the Dallas Cowboys preparing to sign Jameis Winston? The team is reportedly one of several that are interested in signing the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback.

According to NFL insider Bucky Brooks, there are currently three organizations being linked to Winston. The three teams: Dallas, Pittsburgh Steelers and the New England Patriots.

“The veteran passer is a significant upgrade over current backup Cooper Rush,” he said.

“For Winston, it would give the former starter an opportunity to refine his mechanics under a respected offensive mind in Mike McCarthy.

“This would represent a win-win situation for the team and player, which makes it a situation worth considering for a franchise looking to vault into title contention in 2020.”

Where will Winston end up? Time will tell.
