Graham Mertz’s Girlfriend Alexis Loomans Goes Viral Before Florida Game

Graham Mertz’s girlfriend Alexis Loomans went viral this week before Florida’s game against Charlotte.

Coming into this weekend’s outing, the Gators are 2-1 on the year and rank second in the SEC East.

After dropping their season opener to Utah, Florida fans were understandably down. But last weekend’s dominant upset victory over Tennessee has reignited the enthusiasm surrounding Mertz’s squad.

Mertz isn’t the only one who has a ton of enthusiasm surrounding him, though. Recently, his girlfriend Alexis Loomans also found herself trending.

Specifically, folks couldn’t get enough of Loomans’ social media output.

In a week where an Oregon cheerleader’s racy photos leaked out, a UCLA cheerleader’s wild pictures blew up online and a Utah cheerleader’s intimate snaps set the internet ablaze, it is telling that Loomans could come along and steal the headlines in this fashion.

Mertz is currently in the midst of the most important season of his young football career. Last week, Trevor Etienne understandably got a ton of credit for the Tennessee win. That said, Mertz’s influence on the outing, from a game manager perspective, cannot be understated.

Despite coming into that Vols game having disappointed a bit in his prior two showings, Mertz walked out of it having recorded two touchdowns on 19-of-24 passing. And that’s despite nursing a hand injury.

As things presently stand, Mertz is undeniably the most accurate quarterback in the SEC at the moment.

While Florida likely won’t need a big game out of Mertz against Charlotte, it definitely feels like the youngster is heading in the right direction.

Will Loomans be in attendance to cheer her beau on as Mertz tries to guide Florida to a successful 2023 campaign? Time will tell.
