Clippers Players Mock Lakers After Big Win

Clippers players mocked the Lakers after a big win on Christmas Day.

In what was dubbed as a Battle for LA, the Clippers emerged with a 111-106 victory over their Staples Center rivals.

The win marked the second time this year that the Clippers beat the Lakers in primetime with the whole basketball world watching.

With less than 10 seconds remaining in Wednesday’s game, Patrick Beverley blocked an attempted LeBron James shot to seal the outing for his squad.

After the game, he tweeted out a bold message at the Lakers: “Don’t talk to us.”

Beverley finished the game with eight points and nine rebounds.

With this most recent victory the Clippers improve to 23-10 on the year, while the Lakers fall to 24-7.

The Clippers and Lakers will square off once more in a little more than a month on January 28.
