Charissa Thompson’s presence on Amazon’s Thursday Night Football shows has played an important role in fans’ embrace of them.

While the broadcasts are not without some issues, Thompson’s professional and easy-going style has made any problems that exist far more palatable.

This week, Thompson was on hand for an awful game between the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis. Understandably, she had to make her own fun during the outing, given how dull it was from start to finish.

Thompson’s Instagram stories from the evening were quite popular after the fact:

This isn’t the first time Thompson has blown up in recent weeks. Her provocative outfit choice caused quite the stir last Sunday. Ditto for the wild dress she chose to wear one Sunday earlier.

Between her honesty about her leaked photo scandal and her racy photos with Erin Andrews, Thompson has been something of a mainstay in the news cycle in recent months.

Plus, there is also just her general Instagram content. She has more than 411,000 fans on the platform and routinely sets the internet ablaze for posts like this:

Thompson will be on hand this Sunday for the NFL on Fox, and then she’ll back on Amazon the following Thursday.

Much as was the case this week, next week’s Amazon showdown promises to be terrible. It’s going to be tough being worse than the Broncos and Colts, but if anyone can do it, it’s definitely the Chicago Bears and Washington Football Team (“the Commanders”).

What sort of crazy shenanigans will Thompson get herself into during her next few broadcasts?

Time will tell.
