Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen is in the midst of a transitional period.
Not only is his relationship with wide receiver Stefon Diggs in a more questionable place than it was one year ago, but he also recently broke up with his longtime girlfriend Brittany Williams.
Allen and Williams had been together for as long as he has been in Buffalo, but the pair recently decided to go their separate ways.
Despite that, Williams has maintained a massive following on social media. Pretty much everything she does nowadays goes viral, and this week proved to be no exception.
In a series of posts that set the internet ablaze, Williams shared her recent workout photos.
They were a huge hit.
If it feels like Williams has been everywhere since her breakup with Allen, it’s because she definitely has been. Between partying with her girls in Miami, going wild at the Kentucky Derby and her crazy recent boat party pictures, it has been one thing after another with her.
In a week where NFL media star Kay Adams set the internet ablaze with her racy video and Brock Purdy’s girl went viral over her provocative photos, Williams has somehow found a way to steal the show.
Big picture, it will be interesting to see how losing Williams impacts Allen next season.

Many believe it had a detrimental effect on him in the playoffs last season, citing it as one of the reasons the Bills got embarrassed by the Cincinnati Bengals in such unceremonious fashion.
Allen was noticeably off his game in that final outing, which in turn contributed to him and Diggs not being in alignment on offense. Was his breakup with Williams the reason Allen couldn’t get his mind right? Some people certainly think so.
Either way, expectations are sky high for Allen to return to being the MVP candidate he was at the beginning of last season. Will he be able to do that without Williams by his side? Time will tell.
