Browns Star Makes Surprising Baker Mayfield Comment
A Cleveland Browns star made a surprising Baker Mayfield comment this week.
This past week, Cleveland signed offensive lineman Jack Conklin and tight end Austin Hooper.
Hooper’s deal will span four years and is worth $42 million. Shortly thereafter, the league’s new highest paid tight end offered his take on the opportunity he will now have to play with Mayfield.
CLE TE Austin Hooper on Baker: “Playing against Baker live (2 years ago) seeing his arm, seeing his competitive spirit, the way he can rally the boys around him, that’s what sold me on him, before I was even a free agent. I’ve known what he was about for a couple of years now.”
