Brittany Mahomes’ outfit stole the show from Taylor Swift on Sunday night when the Kansas City Chiefs earned a surprisingly hard-fought victory over the New York Jets.
Coming into this weekend, most figured Patrick Mahomes and Co. would make easy work of Zach Wilson’s squad. Kansas City was an eight-point favorite prior to kickoff, and it was easy to see why.
For some reason, though – Taylor Swift’s presence seemed to motivate Wilson. Although he still ended up losing the game for his squad with an ill-timed turnover late, he played a lot better than most have come to expect from him.
Wilson wasn’t the only star of the night, though. Brittany Mahomes’ outfit to the game effectively stole all of the attention that had previously been on Swift coming in.
“Hot mama,” one fan wrote.
“Killing the looks in NY babe,” another agreed.
“Slaying with the fits lately,” a third fan chimed in.
This was just the latest example of that.
The Chiefs have games on the books against the Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos (twice), Los Angeles Chargers and Miami Dolphins coming up.
If Swift’s policy right now is attending very winnable Chiefs outings so that nobody accuses her of being a jinx or bad luck charm, she is free to attend every game for the next month.
Kansas City has a very favorable short-term schedule.
That being said, it will be interesting to see how the dynamic between Brittany and Swift continues to evolve.
Brittany’s good friend and Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, made her opinion about the Swift stuff known this weekend.

Will sides be taken? Time will tell.
There is no denying that Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift are the two biggest female stars attending Chiefs games at the moment. Will that continue being the case going forward? An answer one way or the other will emerge soon enough.
