AP Top 25 Offers Surprising Rankings For Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and More
The AP top 25 offers surprising rankings for Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and more with just two weeks remaining before the start of the college basketball season.
With the 2019-20 season set to tip off on Nov. 5, the Associated Press released its top 25 preseason poll.
At the top of the list was Michigan State, who lost in emphatic fashion in the Final Four to Texas Tech last year.
Despite that, confidence still appears to be high in Tom Izzo and Co.
Rounding out the top five are Kentucky, Kansas, Duke and Louisville.
Virginia and Texas Tech, the two teams that played for the championship last year, sit at No. 11 and No. 13, respectively.
Auburn, who lost to the eventual champs by just one point in the Final Four, is ranked No. 24
